What we do

Adult Education
ETC’s Adult Education Program services individuals who have varied life and work experiences. Program offerings may include: High School Completion, GED/High School Equivalent Preparation and Testing, Adult Basic Education, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Classes are FREE to those who have not yet received their High School Diploma.

English as a Second Language
Living somewhere that doesn’t speak the same language as you can be hard. ETC offers English as a Second Language courses to make sure you can engage in the community you live, transition to high education, and excel in the workplace.

Early Childhood Services
ETC partners with Midland County Schools to provide child care program services for Young 5’s through 5th-grade students. These programs are licensed by the Michigan Department of Human Services. All staff must meet rigorous pre-employment requirements, maintain certifications, and attend professional development classes.

Career and Business Training
ETC offers a wide range of Post-Secondary training opportunities. Training may be delivered in a variety of ways; via published schedules listing offerings at both the Midland and Saginaw locations, at an employer's worksite, or customized training and schedules developed as requested for a specific use.

Assessment Management
ETC offers a variety of assessment services for educational and professional purposes.
GED Testing, Kryterion, & Customized Assessment are available.
