Eligibility Requirements
Classes are FREE to those who have not yet received their High School Diploma. ETC also offers Math and Reading Skill improvement classes for both non-High School graduates and High School graduates. ETC provides a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, individual learning plans, and day and early evening classes. To be eligible, a participant must meet either of the following;
• 20 years of age
• 18 years of age, and their class has graduated. Graduates with low basic skills may also apply.

Adult Education
Adult Education provides an opportunity for adults to improve or achieve education levels equivalent to those of high school graduates each year. Instruction is tailored to meet the individual needs of adult students. Standardized tests identify existing skill levels, appropriate instruction, and academic gains due to instruction.
Institutional Programs
ETC provides GED preparation and testing as well as other life-skills and training programs to individuals who are incarcerated in State as well as City/County Correctional institutions with incentives to provide reduced sentencing while also reducing the levels of recidivism.
